This Policy provides basic information about the purposes, methods of processing and security of your personal data as a user of the wingu.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the Site). By reading the Privacy Policy you shall learn who the administrator of your personal data is, what personal data the administrator collects, for what purposes the data is used and how it is protected.

§2 Data processing principles
2.1 The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:
2.1.1 based on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);
2.1.2 fairly and honestly (reliability);
2.1.3 in a manner that is transparent to the data subject (transparency);
2.1.4 for specified purposes and not ‘on the fly’ (minimisation) (minimisation);
2.1.5 no more than necessary (adequacy);
2.1.6 with care as to the accuracy of the data (accuracy);
2.1.7 not longer than necessary (timeliness);
2.1.8 ensuring adequate data security (security).
§3 Purposes and legal basis of processing
3.1 We process your data on the basis of the consent you have given us and for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(a,b,f) of the RODO).
3.2 We will process your data for the purposes of:
3.1.1 contacting you to provide you with a response to your message or comment;
3.1.2 statistical and analytical purposes, in order to monitor traffic on the Site;
3.1.3 In view of the fact that we also process your data on the basis of Article 6(1) f RODO, we inform you that the legitimate interests for which we need your personal data in order to realise them are any activity that we carry out in the provision of electronic services in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Provision of Electronic Services via www.wingu.pl.
§4 Scope of personal data processing
4.1 The extent to which we process your data depends on what data you have provided to us and for what purpose:
4.2 if you choose to write to us via email we will process the data you have provided to us;
4.2.1 other data the Administrator processes is the IP address and other data stored in cookies, which are used by the Administrator to analyse the use of the Website by you and other users.
§5 Data storage period
5.1 We are not able to give you a single period for which we will process your data. We will process data related to the provision of electronic services indefinitely, at least until you submit a request for deletion of data or objection.
§6 Data breach procedure
6.1 Any person who perceives a threat to the security of personal data collected by the Administrator or witnesses a personal data breach should immediately inform the Administrator.
6.2 The controller shall notify the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection within 72 hours of discovering the breach, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk of violation of the rights or freedoms of natural persons.
§7 Users’ rights
7.1 You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your data:
7.1.1 access to the content of your data and
7.1.2 the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing,
7.1.3 the right to data portability,
7.1.4 the right to object,
7.1.5 the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data is carried out for the purpose of performance of a contract by the Administrator, for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations towards state institutions or for the purpose of pursuing the Administrator’s legitimate interests.

§8 Cookies
8.1 Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on your final device, i.e. your computer, laptop or smartphone, depending on which device you use to view the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on your terminal device and a unique number. You can decide on the use of cookies – these settings are available in each web browser.
8.2 Cookies are primarily for your convenience – thanks to their use, the page load time is significantly reduced during subsequent visits.
