As part of infrastructure and service monitoring services, we offer a solution based on VMware Telco Cloud Operations.

A unique feature of the system is an engine that allows for automatic correlation of events both within the monitored technology and across domains and layers – from the transport optical network to business services.

The system has proven itself over the years at telecommunications operators and corporations in monitoring complex environments, and thanks to the development carried out in recent years by VMware, it was enriched with the support for the latest SDN, SD-WAN and NFV technologies. The system also supports technologies found in Data Centres, thanks to which it is possible to monitor physical servers, LAN and SAN networks, as well as virtualised and hyper-converged environments.
For years, Wingu has been carrying out advanced projects based on the VSA system at clients throughout the region, thanks to which we have a team with unique in the country experience in this type of projects.
Our current projects include:
- infrastructure monitoring system (optical, IP, WIFI and LTE networks, Data Center, security systems, power supply, nationwide cctv camera system) for a government client in Qatar
- monitoring of transmission and mobile network at operator in Lebanon (project carried out in cooperation with Nokia)
- monitoring of network and Data Center at one of telecommunications operators in Norway
